Day 17 of 365 | Could-a, Should-a, Would-a

Day 17! Nearly 3 weeks! Ugh. If I’d been losing just 2 pounds per week… I’d be 6 pounds closer to a healthy weight. I’d be 3 weeks stronger, and in 3 weeks better shape… but no. Just more of the same every day.

I didn’t write my post earlier, but I did sit down and plan my day with some intention. It felt good and I felt on top of things. I was going through a box of papers. I found journal entries from 2 years ago. I was literally saying the same exact things in them then as I am now.

Boo hoo. Poor me. I hate my body. I wish I could lose weight. I should take better care of myself.

Note to self: Freaking do something about it!!!!
