I eat a lot of processed foods. Most of what I eat is processed. My husband is doing The Whole30 diet. I’m not quite ready to be that drastic, but I was helping him chop up some veggies. They looked so good. He wanted to have them prepped so he can throw together meals quickly. It was fun prepping with him.
I’ve got the water down. I’m drinking at least 64 oz everyday. I’m not ready to go all in, but I can commit to eating more REAL foods.
